Posted - 03 February 2010 : 08:44:16 If i am been considered for ED ,will i get a letter saying my creditors have 28 days to object,as i sent back I E forms 7 weeks ago,and got a letter saying i wouldnt be getting a IPA AND WAS BEEN CONSIDERED FOR ED

if you are 7 weeks on from returning your forms you probably have 3 to 5 more weeks and provided the creditors have not objected you will be discharged. During the 10 to 12 week process the creditors will be given the 28 days to submit any objections but at which point during that process may differ from office to office. The chances are the 28 day period has already lapsed.
Good to see you have no IPA to worry about. It looks like it will soon be over for you, congratulations, onwards and upwards as the saying goes.

Posted - 03 February 2010 : 08:55:02 No, the ORs are so busy that any communication is normally kept to a minimum. I received an ED but didn't receive anything from the OR to say that I had been discharged.
Check the Register but be aware that updating it for EDs is not a priority. In my case the Register wasn't updated until 2 weeks after I had received an ED.
