I should know this by now, but could someone please tell me who I contact if my income and expenditure changes and I need my IPA to be considered for alteration. Is it Moonbeever, the OR or RTLU? RTLU seem to be much harsher in claiming as much as they can in my experience. Would prefer to be dealt with by either Moonbeever or the OR to be honest. Does the same apply for when you are discharged too?
