Posted - 11 February 2010 : 17:09:24 hi i became BR in April 09 in oct i was sent a letter about ED and filled in a form for income. as a result i was given a IPA and as yet have not been contacted about making arrangements for the paments.i know that now ED is unlikely, not long to wait anyway, but i dont know how i stand with the IPA payments after discharge will i still need to pay? shall i contact someone?and if so who? im realy confused

Posted - 11 February 2010 : 19:54:33 getting an IPA or not should not affect your ED you should be contacted in due course to arrange the payments for the IPA if the IPA has been agreed before discharge the payments will continue during undischarged time and after for the length of time your DI exceeds £99 up to a maximum of 36 months
