Just double checking my SOA and would like to clarify what I should be putting down in the section "List of Secured Creditors".
The bit I am unsure about is the question: "What of yours is claimed and what is it's present value"?
To explain further I have the following:
Name of creditor: Barclays Address: XXXXXXX Account Ref: XXXXXXX Amount Owing: £170,112.16 What of yours is claimed and what it its present value??????? Net amount owing (A-B) £
Name of creditor: G E Money Address: XXXXXXX Account Ref: XXXXXXX Amount Owing: £20,964.71 What of yours is claimed and what it its present value??????? Net amount owing (A-B) £
Am I right in saying that I should put down what the current value of the house is (I have had a survey done and it's £185k)
As you can see I am a bit confused and I want to make sure everything is correct prior to the Court hearing.
Many thanks for any help you can give.
David

its just asking 'what is the money secured against'?
so for the mortgage put 'house' and its value , and follow the same guideline for the GE Money one as well .. i dont know if thats a 2nd mortgage/secured loan ? ..if it is put 'house' again
