Posted - 11 February 2010 : 19:15:10 I`ve now got approx 3 weeks to my automatic discharge and although I`ve been asked a couple of times about my income and expenditure, I`ve not been asked to make any payments - is the OR still likely to implement an IPA do you think? According to the information I supplied I haven`t got much spare at all, I`m self employed so its difficult to predict earnings but I`m making more or less what I suggested I would. The title of the house has been transferred to my wife as there wasnt much if any equity (due to remortgaging to pay the HMRC etc). This cost approx £200 for lawyers fees.

For example if, at the end of this tax year (around a month after my discharge)my books go into my accountant and it turns out I`ve made more than I should have done (it probably won`t work out like that though)- what happens then?
Seeing as the HMRC were the ones that made me bankrupt, how well do they and the OR communicate?
I should rename myself `paranoid` I can hear you saying!

baracade the letter box shut and sit tight !
now down to 2 weeks - minus the weekends - they will need to allow a few days for postage

I am now in partnership with my son and the accountants have said that whatever if any profit at the end of the year can be split between us which should help.

Posted - 11 February 2010 : 19:43:38 if there has been no paperwork fo an IPA by now it is very unlikely you will get one only if your DI exceeded £99 would they have considered one

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
