i have income of £1095 and outgoings of just under that amount, would the OR decline my BR petition? i have no assets at all.

court and district judge make the order for BR.

they will check the total value of debts and confirm that you cannot pay the debt and if the paperwork is in order. (value of debts to be over 15K)

the OR will examine you file to see if they can release any assetts to help pay the debt.

have you discussed your whole scenario with one of the experts to the left or CAB to make certain that BR is only realistic option for you
