Posted - 18 February 2010 : 22:20:20 hello, I am declaring Bankruptcy next month. My car has been repossessed. I need transport to be able to work. My Mum has said I can use her car, she is the registered keeper and owner. Will this be a problem?? Also, will by bank account be frozen? it is with natwest, who are not a creditor. Some people seem to say its a good idea to open a co-op account before, some say after. Thank you David Thank you

Posted - 19 February 2010 : 00:43:49 the car should not be any problem i would recommend opening a COOP account as the Natwest will likely be frozen and unless it is a basic bank account will likely be closed i would open the COOP cashminder before BR but only use it after BR

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
