Hi we have found a place to rent, and have a moving in date. We have cancelled the direct debit for the mortgage - what do we expect now? How long will it take for Repo? The house is still up for sale now with a slashed price, should we ring the mortgage provider and explain what we are doing?

Quite scared about this and just don't know what to expect - any ideas?

Cheers

Hi,

Thanks Richard for that, I hope it is that quick - i want it over and done with - I feel, as I guess many do, that this has taken over my life and I want to start living again without the debt and worry.

Cheers

Hi Fredj

if i remember from other postings you have previously been up together on your mortgage.

if that is the case the mortgage company will probably take about 3 months to get organised and then start possession court case by which time you should be ready to go BR

regards Richard
