I had my BR hearing booked with my local CC (Colchester, Essex) for 18th March which I booked via the CC Help Desk. Whilst emailing the court to try and get an earlier date I was informed that the help desk had incorrectly booked me at the wrong Court..........unbelievable!
I have now booked a new appointment for next week 3rd March at Chelmsford CC. It's crazy really as this court is a further 10 miles away from my home and a totally different postal code area, but the BR Clerk said that the Court's jurisdiction for BR is set by Government and that it doesn't always follow logic (that I can believe). Anyway, it means I get to go BR a lot sooner , so that is GOOD news.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of going BR in Chelmsford?
It would be great to hear from anyone who been through the process there.
