Posted - 25 February 2010 : 19:38:41 WENT BR LAST JULY.Filled out all i and e forms and sent everything in. received notification that car was excluded but not heard a peep about my ipa. should i assume i dont have one or as they are so busy can i still get one or is there a time limit to agree one

Posted - 26 February 2010 : 06:53:39 Yep, the OR can implements an IPA any time before you are discharged so there are still a couple of months. You may find that the OR sends you another I&E just prior to your discharge to see if an IPA can be implemented.
