Posted - 14 March 2010 : 11:28:55 Hi , Just a question i have which i am hoping can be resolved with the help of people on here.
I went BR in June and discharged in Jan, I have a NT IPA which started in Nov and runs til the end of the tax year, So in theory i prsume that when i get paid this month it will be my last payment into the ipa?
As such if for example i still have a NT code in april (new tax year) will i be obliged to pay this to OR, Further if i were to get a rebate in the new tax year (for the last year) would i be obliged to pay this to OR?
Hope it makes sense

Any tax rebate for the time before you were BR would be taken by the OR and this would run until you were discharged so the OR would take most, if not all, of any rebate you may get.
