Posted - 16 March 2010 : 01:12:42 Hi, I'm in the process of deciding on an IVA and because I am on benefits, I am aware that they take all of this as income, against my expenditure, giving an amount for IVA monthly payment for 5 years.(no assets-car or house) It occurred to me to look into bankruptsy, and it looks as though on benefits, an IPA is not paid by someone on Benefits. Is this correct????? 18K 5/6 creditors. Hope you can help

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
