I am trying to find out some info on bankrupcy?
Last October my husband went B/R and the joint debts got passed onto me, if I went B/R what would happen because I have no income only DLA and Child benifits and because my husband is already under the O/R we have no spare money at all. Would my husband income be included in my B/R?

I believe there is a similiar earlier post on this matter (Yesterday)- just to reiterate,You are liable for any joint debts you held with your husband, on filing for bankruptcy your benefit income etc would not be taken into account. If your husband was subject to an IPO in his bankruptcy his income could not be taken into account and 'used' again for calculation purposes of a Disposable income. (If your husband was not subkect to an IPO it is because there was no disposible income available) either way you have no worries you would not be assessed as likely for an IPO

Hope this helps, Melanie
