Went BK in Sept 09. Given an NT IPA and contacted by moonbeever soon after ( Have to send in payslips each month).I have never been given a NIL Tax Code, I have just got this months payslip..this being the last one of the financial year and still no NIL code.I will send payslip off to moonbever as normal but what happens now, does anyone know? Am I right in thinking they cannot now issue me with a Nil Code or does it go into the next financial year? Thanks for any advice.

Posted - 23 March 2010 : 07:13:50 Thanks Mrsroller.. No sign of ED for me, was sent a letter about 3 months ago saying my case had been transerred to RTLU??? but nothing since. Not that I expect to get an ED at all and am more than happy to see out the full 12 months, but would be nice!LOL.. Good luck to you for the future and hope your ED comes through soon.

Posted - 21 March 2010 : 11:56:04 Hi stonecold. I also went bankrupt in September and have been sending wage slips to Moon Beever. In Wk44 HM customs sent notice to work to give me NT code and then the following week they sent notice to put me back to 626L. I sent the slips off to Moon Beever who seem to have ignored them and said we see the NT code still hasnt been implimented. Today I have re-sent the slips and a letter telling them to sort themselves out lol. Not sure why I was only given one week at NT but thats fine with me. Good luck for the future. I sent ED forms back 7 weeks ago so hoping to hear soon that I have been discharged.
