sorry just a qiuck question on behalf of my friend (no really lol)
She had 5 properties that when she went into bankruptcy the or had them is she still liable for council tax as she has had the bailifs round who said the bankruptcy means nothing is this right and is she liable??

If the properties are with the OR, then the properties should receive a "Q" classification by the council.

She may be advised to speak to the revenues head of the Official Receivers office to clarify
