Hi all firstly thank you for Reading my post

to cut a long story short I was declared br in sept 2008 and discharged April 09. I have just seperated from my husband and I've been offered a job in Singapore.

1. Am I allowed to leave the uk?
2. Would I still have to pay my income payment?
3. Would the br affect my ability to get a visa?

Thank you for your help and advice

Love lems

Certain countries have rules regarding credit history if I was you I would find the homeoffice equivalent for Singapore on the internet and have a look at whether you can apply for a visa and whether the BR would stop you

Best of luck

hi and welocme to the forum

there are no travel restrictions placed upon you whilst BR , under an IPA or after discharge

your IPA depends on your Disposable Income if it drops to less than £100 / month you inform mooonbeavers and in theory the IPA would cease until it rises above £100 or 36 months from its inception whichever occurs first

no it should not
