Posted - 21 March 2010 : 06:46:50 Hi all firstly thank you for Reading my post
to cut a long story short I was declared br in sept 2008 and discharged April 09. I have just seperated from my husband and I've been offered a job in Singapore.
1. Am I allowed to leave the uk? 2. Would I still have to pay my income payment? 3. Would the br affect my ability to get a visa?
Thank you for your help and advice
Love lems

Best of luck

Posted - 21 March 2010 : 15:21:19 hi and welocme to the forum
there are no travel restrictions placed upon you whilst BR , under an IPA or after discharge
your IPA depends on your Disposable Income if it drops to less than £100 / month you inform mooonbeavers and in theory the IPA would cease until it rises above £100 or 36 months from its inception whichever occurs first
no it should not

Don't worry or know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum.(Baz Lurhman) RevivaUK and Paul Johns helped me through it all i can't recommend them enough!!
