Posted - 21 March 2010 : 23:36:30 I am confused about my credit check. I used Experian and can see only one debt which is for a very large amount...even with just that one debt I will need to declare bankrupcy. My main concern is declaring my debts because I know I have more but they are not listed, obviosly when I do go BR I need to put all my creditors down on the list...I am wondering why they are not al there.....I have been hiding from this for a while now and dont know who I owe money to ot how much I owe.

you state in your last entry that you are considering another route
before trying to reinvent the wheel speak to one of the experts listed to the left, they will have the experience and expertise to establish if the other route is worth trying !
I recomend Paul and his team at Reviva, speak to a couple of the experts and see if they can assist

Posted - 22 March 2010 : 06:35:00 Thanks. I entered another address and all my debts have now come up. It was very tough confronting them but at least its a start. I was considering another route but something inside me tells me that its worth trying to sort this out.

Posted - 22 March 2010 : 01:14:32 there are 3 credit reference agencies experian (credit expert) equifax call credit
if you check all 3 that will give you a better idea of your total creditors
even if you cannot find on your credit files debts you know about they will still need to be listed on your SOA and your unsecured debts will be cleared in BR even debts you do not know about or forget about can still be included afterwards
