Hi, I know this is a stupid question but please bare with me I'm not the sharpest on the block. I had my BR court forms come through last week, I don't recive benefits listed to quality for the fees to be paid but my income is under £13,000 a year. As I read it this will also qualify me to get these fees creditted. This would make a big help for me, as I then only have to find the £450 OR fees.

sorry you guys must be getting sick of me now...

You will need to complete the following form to claim the fee reduction:

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160a_e.pdf

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160.pdf

The current fee is £510 but in April it is going up to £600 so with the £150 rebate you would pay £360 this month but £450 from April onwards.
