I had my BR court forms come through last week, I don't recive benefits listed to quality for the fees to be paid but my income is under Ł13,000 a year. As I read it this will also qualify me to get these fees creditted. This would make a big help for me, as I then only have to find the Ł450 OR fees. sorry you guys must be getting sick of me now... tia Martin

gettingoutofdebt	Posted - 22 March 2010 : 10:47:26 You will need to complete the following form to claim the fee reduction: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160a_e.pdf http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160.pdf The current fee is Ł510 but in April it is going up to Ł600 so with the Ł150 rebate you would pay Ł360 this month but Ł450 from April onwards.
