Hi, I am about to complete my BR forms but am a bit confused as to which ones to do. I have downloaded the online forms but one section is asking about my business, which is not relevant for me. Also it asks about legal proceedings, does that mean CCJS?

Hi, you should have 2 forms, look at the top right hand cover of the first pages, you should have forms 6.27 (the petition) and form 6.28 (the statement of affairs)

hope that helps

Hi Scottofleeds,

Anything with regards to businesses on the petition, leave blank if you are not a sole trader. The legal proceedings are indeed the CCJ's.

Regards
