I have just filed for bankruptcy and my french property is going to be taken from me. An aquaintance is interested in making an offer for it. What should he do and who should he approach?

If you know of someone that can make an offer you should make this known to the OR, they would always much rather deal with a friendly party rather than have to take court action to realise the equity in the property

congratulations on a debt free future

re ther french property you will be an allocated an Official receiver investigator who will arrange for the Beneficial Interest to be released, may take about 3 - 4 months

regards Richard
