Hi Rhyd and welcome

BR can be scarry but with proper planning and timing everything should be OK

gain advice on when is the best time as rushing too soon may create more problems than waiting another few weeks

would agree with chester and suggest speaking to one of the experts

regards Richard

hi and welcome to the forum
total charge is £600 cash on the day, call the court and ask for an appointment for BR or thay may see you on the day. download the forms from the insolvency service website fill them in take them (possibly up to 3 copies) to the court on the day.
consider BR carefully and it may be in your best interests to talk to a professional expert like Paul Johns RevivaUK www.revivauk.com (one of the trusted forum experts) first to discuss your situation
