Posted - 12 April 2010 : 18:30:27 We have just had to return our house to the bank due to redunances. we are living in a caravan at the moment and trying to find work. we have a house in Spain which is mortgaged which we have to live in during the months the caravan can not be used (3 months a year) if we file for bankrupty will we be made to sell the spanish property
