Posted - 15 April 2010 : 22:16:59 Banckruptcy order was made against me a few months ago. Despite acknowledging my situation, one of my creditors have continued to chase me for the debt. In addition, they have continued to apply arrear charges to my account. Also they have written asking me to enter into payment arrangements with them. I have continued to forward their letters to my Official Receivers. What else can I do?

Some good advice given - maybe ask the OR to deal - may be the best way to deal with any issues.
Regards, Richard

Posted - 16 April 2010 : 12:14:21 Hi Sirnick
I had a nice OR who when i spoke to her, I said that one of the creditors was still chasing me with letters and encouragment for me to go into a new credit agreement with them.
she must have sent a letter and had some form of discussion but the correspondence stopped within days
good luck Richard

Posted - 15 April 2010 : 23:05:58 I had the same problem with Littlewoods, but when I sent them a copy of my BR order I didn't hear from them again.
