My husband is due to get automatic discharge in around 7 weeks. I got early discharge and the whole process from receiving the I&E form to being discharged took around 11-12 weeks, so I cant see that this will happen for my husband. My question is will he hear from the OR before his AD and have to fill in another I&E or will they just not bother with him now.

Thanks for input.

hopefully this late in the day they will not want another I & E

But if partner has changed his job and income during the year they may ask for another I & E

sorry you are just playing a waiting game

regards Richard
