If I am made bankrupt and I owe arrears in child support to the csa can they still take enforcement action against me during my bankruptcy period? |

Thanks for the replies.
They can't charge my salary cos I'm self employed.
I thought though that they wouldn't be able to take any enforcement action during the bankruptcy period against me in relation to the money I already owe. |

I'm afraid that these arrears will follow you until you can pay them off.

Hi Killer100
CSA orders are not claimable in the bankruptcy, and they can still pursue you for the arrears during and after bankruptcy.
