please do not rely on the court clerk to be nice and spend time looking through your petition.
I have known some clerks being very busy telling the applicant to go away and complete the forms properly, this is within their rights fortuantly most clerks are human beings and understand the situation you are in.

Hi,
They are a handful, good advice from Richard. It took me a few days to work through them and to be honest the clerk was really helpful when I went in, they went through any issues I didnt get quite right. My best advice is just be open and honest, dont try to hide anything and then ask here if your struggling, this forum is the best place for advice/help/support.

No i am not aware of an easy to read full step by step guide, yes they do publish brochure but these might as well be written in a foreign language.
Print a copy of the forms off or collect a booklet from the local court.
set aside a whole evening or afternoon, have all of your creditors letters in the card board box on the floor next to you. fill in the easy sections then post back about specific questions and ask for peoples opinion. It does get confusing but the forms are managable.
If you have many areas to cover, property , pensions new car to return, joint debts, it would be appropraite to contact one of the experts and gain early advanced information.
I used Paul and his team at Reviva, they really helped me through the process
