Hello and welcome to the forum.

There is assitance with the court fee of £150.00 if you are on benefits as your only source of income. The deposit of £450.00 however, is not rebated in any way.

If either you or your partner have had service with the armed forces, you could try SSAFA or the Royal British Legion.

What is the extent of your debt?

You will need to satisfy the Official Receiver that you have taken advice - so, why not contact one of the insolvency experts that post on here - to the left of the page?

Try reviva UK and Jones Giles. There are others too - initial advice is free and there may be a way of funding your petition.

Good luck and please post back with progress or more questions, Richard
