Hi gedc , check out the link to revivas court section.
If you are applying for reduction, you must speak to bedford clerk before court date, as they need to do some checks before court date, they will ask for supporting paperwork.
good luck regards Richard

I assume at that time you will be told if you can have the exemption due to having a benefit only income. If not entitled, then you will be required to pay the £600.00 - if you qualify, you will have £450.00 to pay.
I think then (From Revivas very comprehensive detail on their website) that you wait to see the District Judge to approve your bankruptcy order. That may take a while - depends on the judges list that day. You will be before the Judge for less than 3 minutes - he/she will explain the restrictions of being BR and then ask if you understand it. Then you are BR
You will then get an appointment with the OR - either a telephone interview or a face to face.
Good luck and do not stress about it, Richard

what court are you attending ? different courts do it all slightly different.
the money to petition (they do not accept cheque or credit card)
speak to the clerk before if you are applying for fee reduction as they may want certain letters from benefits agency
