Posted - 23 April 2010 : 08:15:19 Hi everyone. Could someone clarify a few things please?
If we get an IPA and get discharged after 12 months, can the IPA be changed if our earings go up/down?
If we are subject to a BRO/BRU, do we still get discharged after 12 months and what happens if our earnings increase while still under a BRU.
Thanks

If you get a BRU/BRO you will still be discharged after 12 months. If your earnings increase you will only need to notify the OR if you are still paying into a IPA.
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
33 IPA payments made, 3 to go - the end is in sight!

Thanks
Hope this helps?
