Posted - 23 April 2010 : 09:46:23 Hi, Can someone please tell me, if my expenditure on my bankruptcy petition is more than my income, will the judge refuse the bankruptcy. Should it be exactly the same? I have put down what I actually spend, but I have put the maximum I would ever spend on clothes and food so can cost cut some months, also family buy me food so I know I don't need credit to live, but they don't live with me and it's not regular so I haven't listed it in the other income bit. Hope someone can help with this query. Thanks

The Court won't refuse to make a BO if your expenditure exceeds your income - if anything it supports the application!
