my husband and myself cannot afford our iva's we can hardley afford our mortgage but want to keep trying. we only have my wage of £500 a month to live on and run the car etc. we earned a bonus and the iva company, after sending us our 11 month statement want it back from us but we spent it. they want us to pay it back over the year but we can barely afford to live. we want to go bankrupt but am scared of who to choose to help us. i am not a well person and may have to cut my working hours.

alternatively you can give one of the forum experts a call for a free impartial advice and not have to either wait for an appointment.

Some of the experts are happy to talk in the evenings and weekends.
