Posted - 15 June 2010 : 00:55:21 hi and welcome to the forum if on a BRU you have to declare that to any prospective lender if you are seeking credit for more than £500 other than that if you have a good deposit and are after not too high loan to value then you probably have as much chance as anyone with BR on their credit history. if the BRU was for mortgage fraud or something similar then it may well be different
