I am a discharged BR but have debts still showing on my credit report,i have been told i should write to the creditors to ask them to remove these debts ? if so are there any templates i can use ?

No template that i am aware off

just need to include creditor reference , bankruptcy refernce and OR details.

have a read of skippys blog some of the frustrations you are about to undertake are listed
