Posted - 16 June 2010 : 17:32:08 I have divorced but still have a house with my ex-husband. He has defaulted on the joint mortgage and when the house does eventually sell, there will be a shortfall. I have other debts too from when we were married and I am really struggling with them. I want clean break from everything and have been advised from one company that bankruptcy is my best option.
