Going BR Tomorrow in Bristol - self employed and have a few questions please....
I have some leased equipment that I need to be able to work. There is no equity in the equipment, and the RBS have said I can keep it and carry on paying a lower amount after I go BR ( I was paying £380 per month but they will accept £200 after BR).
My question is will the OR be likely to allow me to continue paying for the equipment, because if not, then I'll be out of work!
I'm at my wit's end worrying whether I'll have no way of working as well as going BR.
I also have a small workshop that costs £200 per month - am I likely to be able to keep this also.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi 944 black

this question should be covered before you got to court, once you have gone to court you have to accept the decision of the OR.

email some of the experts with all details available Now or call them first thing in the morning, if appropriate adjourn the court date until you have the answer.

Paul @ reviva is based in Taunton but also has regional team members, so only a short journey down the M5 should you need to urgently visit

regards Richard
