Posted - 03 July 2010 : 09:24:34 My husband and I have recently separated. I have approximately £25000 in credit card debt and a bank loan in my name only that I am struggling to pay. If I go bankrupt, will this affect my ex?

If you open a non-basic account now then it will automatically be closed once you declare BR.
