I own a propety with an ex partner we bought it 4 years ago he lived in it for 10 months paying nothingand left me in debt, I have straightened the debts more or less, the problem I have is all negotiations ceased he agreed to take a £1000 token gesture to remove his name but he disappeared and I have no forwarding address, I want to sell the house and move on with my new partner but I am stuck, what can I do please help it is a dreadful situation to be in and I don't know what to do for the best. The house was in negative equity when he left and may now be out of negative equity

Hi

This is not a question for this forum I would suggest you contact the firm of solicitors whom you used to purchase the property to see what you can do, its a legal problem you have not an Insolvency issue Good Luck
