Posted - 22 July 2010 : 18:20:44 Could antbody tell me, I have had 2 payday loans whilst in an IVA, in years 2 and 3. These are now paid off and I am starting year 5. I have had annual reviews but as these loans were in the middle of each review they havent been mention and Payplan who I am with havent mentioned them. Will they be picked up by any kind of credit check when the IVA is finally completed ? And if so will the IVA fail because of this ? I havent missed an IVA payment in over 4 years.
Thanks in advance
Karen

Posted - 05 November 2010 : 05:39:03 2 payday loans at a time? That's just too much of a loan. Well, it's ok if you have paid for it on time. But as I can see, you haven't just yet paid for it that's why you're on IVA. You're not the only one who's in serious debt and asking people from IVA with regards to your case might be a help.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 30th June 2010 - it's over at last!

Posted - 22 July 2010 : 18:45:15 Thank you. I have posted it there as well but I was wondering if anyone on here had a failed IVA for the same reason, and if the creditors made them BR because of this.
Thanks
