Trying to finish off my online application (gave up trying to use MS Word - quite restrictive for typing in the boxes and kept crashing!).

1) Section 13 states:-

Provide details of any former addresses you have lived at, where debts or liabilities may still be unpaid or unsatisfied relating to your petition for bankruptcy. Please provide details of your previous residential address(es) where you have incurred debts or liabilities.

We have an unsatisfied CCJ from the 90s and also 2 other arrangements (at earlier addresses) where we pay regular monthly contributions (these are listed under unsecured creditors). I am unsure if I should complicate matters by entering details here as well? All they seem to want is the actual address and "from" and "to" dates - no details of the actual debts!?

2) I receive an Occupational Pension from a former employer (NHS) which is a regular monthly amount and is listed at 6.6.

At 3.4, it asks:- Apart from state benefits, do you have or have you had any personal pension arrangements?" I was intending to put "None" here, and maybe just ask the OR's office if that is OK when we go to Court, 'cos it seems to be intended for people who are currently paying into a pension scheme?? They want to know the Policy No, What you pay in, When it was "taken out" and the value!???

3) I did post this separately, but no reply has been received yet. On the SOA at 5.3, it asks if any of the accounts or cards listed are held jointly with anyone else.

With some of my credit cards, my wife also has a card although the account is NOT joint (just an additional card holder).

Should these types of cards be included?

1) You will need to enter any residential addresses of properties for debts taken out that are being included in your BR i.e. you take out a CC in Address1, a loan in Address2 and you live in Address3, you will need to enter all of the addresses. You will also need to enter the addresses you were living at when you incurred the CCJs.

2) Do you have any policy details? If so, you can enter them here and if not just mention it during the OR's interview.

3) No need to enter the card details. If they were joint cards then the debt would transfer to the other card holder and this is what the OR needs to know. As your wife in only an additional card holder the debt will be included in your BR.
