gettingoutofdebt	Posted - 24 August 2010 : 13:21:16 You can request that your creditors update your credit file using the information at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=677875 As Tracey says your BR debts will remain on your credit file for 6 years after your BR date.

Your BR will drop off your credit file 6 years from the date of the BR order, and any defaults will drop off 6 years from the date that they were made, which should be no later than the date of your BR. Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!
