Posted - 24 August 2010 : 11:42:24 I was discharged in July and im trying to clear up the credit agency files. I just spoke to credit expert and they are going to get the defaults taken of my file. When i have looked at Equifax they say on there website they need the certificate of discharge before they can change anything. Does anyone know if they will just accept the print out of the insolvency website. thanks

You can only try - no point spending £60 if you don't have to!
