Posted - 29 August 2010 : 23:11:24 Julie's right, they will charge you if you request statements.
Don't worry about it too much - I didn't have all of mine and the OR got them directly from the creditors concerned.

Posted - 28 August 2010 : 13:03:25 Hi
Just seen this - your tenancy will not be under threat with your BR - I am assuming that you are an assured tenant with the RSL (housing association).
If they are not performing on their obligations - make a formal complaint - go to your local Shelter office or CAB to put pressure on them
Let us know if you have continious problems and I will be happy to offer advice.

Posted - 28 August 2010 : 07:03:43 Hi Lesley,
Is it an option for you to go and pick the rent agreement up from the HA - at least that way there'll be no excuses of "delays with the post etc."
I'm sure the OR will be understanding, but the sooner you get all your documents ready the better.
Good luck xx |

Posted - 27 August 2010 : 18:43:40 I would chase the housing association again. The OR will understand that you are waiting for the agreement, but it's probably best to keep on at them.
