Posted - 02 September 2010 : 15:21:16 hi i went bankrupt in january 2009 and was discharged 6 months later. Our house was put under a charge order untill january 2012 as there was no equity in it. 6 months ago i seperated from my wife and left her with the property as it is the childrens home. I still pay the mortgage and support and see the children. My question is, do i have to inform the reciever and if i do what will happen. Thanks

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!
