Hi my hubby and I bankrupt Dec 2009, we are paying back the BI @ £700 a month along with a £700 mortgage. My hubby earns 1200 a mth and the rest benefits. Do you think I will get an ipa? The tax credits have gone up as we got next to nothing last yr when hubby out of work and cant help feeling we will get penalised for the next 3 yrs cos of this

Hi
there is not sufficiemt information to advise you on the IPA.

You should bear in mind that if you finish paying the Beneficial Interest at £700 before your Br finishes then by definition you will have sufficient disposable income to qualify for an IPA
