Posted - 04 September 2010 : 12:28:35 The OR has until you are discharged to put an IPA into place, but the longer it goes on I would imagine the less likely you are to get one.
Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.
Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!

Posted - 04 September 2010 : 10:43:35 Normally if your income is only from benefits you will not have to pay an IPA. It normally takes 2-3 months to sort out an IPA so if you haven't heard anything by then it is unlikely you will have an IPA.
If you receive an ED then you would normally be asked to complete another I&E just prior to the discharge but if you don't get an IPA before you are discharged then you will never get one.
