if my debts are in the UK and i am now living and working overseas how do i proceed if i wish to be declared bankrupt in the uk? I have a car that is on hp with 10,000€ still owing to pay how will this be affected? |

Yep as the situation currently stands you would have to apply through spanish law as you are currently inder that juristiction |

Hi
if you have been outside of the UK for 3 years or more OR you are now resident in another EU country you are unable to petition in England & Wales.
You need specialist debt advice that encompasses EU situations.
Which part of Spain are you in?
you may want to check the experts website out as one of them has an office in Spain and is familiar with other EU debt. Specifically Spain.
