im sorry to bother you with this. i own my own house but only lived in it for 3 years and i have not even started to pay off the house yet. i bought the house just besfore the house prices went down and im sure im in negative equity with it. i have a unsecured personal loan with my morgage of £3000. im wondering what will happen in this case? . sadly i have lost my job and i have over £5000 worth of debut to over 5 creditors and i cant afford to pay anything.

Is your mortgage £3000 per month? How are the job prospects looking? Would you be able to pay your mortgage if you didn't have to pay your other creditors?

If your property is in negative equity and you are able to pay your mortgage then you can buy the Beneficial Interest (BI) back for £1 + £211 fee.
