I was recently discharged early from bankruptcy and was never given a payment order. If I have had an increase in wage since that date do i have to inform the OR?

I thought so, but, my husband was given a small IPA. We've recently had an increase in our joint tax credits award, so I guess he'll have to declare this but does he have to tell them about my wage rise? When we filed for bankruptcy we each put down that the other contributed their full wage, other earnings etc into the pot and the OR worked out his IPA based on this. Can I now say that I no longer contribute my wage etc to his expenses?

If you don't have an IPA in place then you don't need to inform the OR, it's yours to keep - congratulations!

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 - it's over at last!
