Posted - 14 September 2010 : 13:37:26 I thought so, but, my husband was given a small IPA. We've recently had an increase in our joint tax credits award, so I guess he'll have to declare this but does he have to tell them about my wage rise? When we filed for bankruptcy we each put down that the other contributed their full wage, other earnings etc into the pot and the OR worked out his IPA based on this. Can I now say that I no longer contribute my wage etc to his expenses?
