Criag.el	Posted - 17 September 2010 : 10:03:47 Hello, I have a friend who wants to go bankrupt but is currently subject to an HMRC investigation relating to 2006/07. If he went bankrupt now would any increase in tax due for this previous tax year still fall within his bankruptcy? Thanks.
