It just means that if there are unresolved issues from the bankruptcy then you still have to co-operate

i recieved a letter from the court that dealt with my bankruptcy today and even though it states discharged from 21st sept. it further states at the bottom of form 6.82 that even though i am discharged i have a continuing duty pursuant to section 333(1) of the insolvency act1986 to cooperate with the trusteein bankruptcy so that the trustee may carry out his functions. and section 291 of the insolvency act 1986 to cooperate with the official reciever regarding the administration of your bankruptcy estate.

can anyone explain this as i thought once you were discharged that was it ?

Nope, nothing else to do unless you want to clean up your credit file (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=677875) but I would wait at least 3 months to start this.

If you have an IPA then you still need to inform the OR/MoonBeever of any changes in income. If you don't have an IPA then there shouldn't be any need to have any contact with the OR in the future.
